PURCHASER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF SALE:
*Under no circumstance will this kitten/cat be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, research lab., animal
shelter or similar facitlity.
*This kitten will not be declawed. I AM NOT KIDDING!!
*Kitten will not be given the FeLV vaccination.
*The new owner agrees to provide a loving, safe, and healthy enviornment for the Devon. The kitten will
be maintained as a completely indoors feline. S/he will be altered at an acceptable age as determined by
the new owner's veterinarian. The kitten/cat will be given annual veterinary examinations and on-going booster shots, and
be kept parasite-free.
Fresh Rexes will send the purchaser the CFA registration materials for the kitten purchased after a statement
of altering has been received by us. A certificate of spay/neuter must be provided.
Fresh Rexes will provide a health record with each kitten sold. Each Devon will be FeLV/FIV negative. I
will not guarantee kittens against communicable diseases after they leave my home and have been exposed to other cats.
Fresh Rexes will replace a Devon kitten if s/he should die from a genetic disorder. A veterinarian certified
necropsy must have been performed and documented. Shipping charges must be the responsibility of the owner.
